Throughout the summer
Sensation Vin (new: the ‘Beaune Pass’). A space dedicated entirely to tasting, welcoming and business-like at the same time, the perfect starting point before heading off into vineyards and cellars. A tasting room specifically designed and planned to help you enjoy the wines at their best. The tasting table can accommodate up to 12 people, with good lighting so you can examine the wines’ colour properly. Visual aids on a flat screen, wine by-the-glass protected by nitrogen, air-conditioning... promising high quality lessons. For a more traditional atmosphere, there’s an 18th Century cellar that can hold up to 25 people, ensuring a warm welcome and tastings in the purest Burgundian style.
