With a jazz atmosphere, a restaurant with welcoming wines like a real Irish pub, where the bar’s heaving on a Saturday morning after the market. Nice wine list and wines by the glass. Salad with Moines de Citeaux cheese, tasty pot-au-feu, fresh produce. Small not very practical plates for all those flavours! Glass of Gevrey-Chambertin 2001 "en Reniard" from Burguet (8.70 €). An institution for 20 years, the boss is also behind the Beaune Jazz Festival (in September). Jean-Jacques Hegner is also a bit of a Flying Sommelier. |
